Roller door AQUISO

The door curtain consists of high-quality aluminium hollow chamber profiles with a height of 114 mm. The individual slats are connected by a rotating connection system. The element thickness is 33 mm. The door is equipped with a safety device incl. fall protection according to DIN 12604.

The guide rail is 112 mm wide and made of galvanised sheet steel in screwed construction.

The company Jansen is able to offer roller doors as counter tops in the fire resistance class EI2 30 C2 Sa / EI2 30 C2 S200.

The ‘Aquiso blue’ fire protection roller door is also available with certified burglary protection of resistance class RC 3 and offers protection against physical violence and the use of common burglary tools. The IoT-enabled control unit offers additional options such as a SHEV function, an anti-burglary bolt function and force monitoring.

A smart, network-independent control system enables continuous monitoring of the door via a mobile app or web application. Automatic transmission of door control data allows the customer to monitor the door's performance, access all documentation and service and repair reports and add further systems. The management of door and gate systems is simplified and at the same time precise reporting of malfunctions and service cases is guaranteed. Remote maintenance eliminates the need for an on-site presence. Unnecessary journeys to and from the site are reduced. The triggering of fire and smoke protection closures by the operator is recorded and documented.

A specially coordinated, building authority approved drive and control system (microprocessor controlled hold-open system) is used. The use as a functional door can be guaranteed. Through various, freely adjustable parameters on the control system, the roller shutter AQUISO® can be operated like a standard industrial system (e.g. traffic lights, time closures, etc., see additional equipment). Thanks to a battery buffering the door is held in the existing position in case of a power failure on site. The fire control and all safety devices remain active. With the help of potential-free contacts, it is possible to query the operating status of the door. A fire alarm system provided by the customer can be connected via existing interfaces.
